Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate

• Construction in Rooms 302, 110, 108

and 106 is nearly complete.

• Finishes are ongoing in the

Discovery Lab and the Art Room.

Transportation Building

• Concrete is being saw cut for the

foundations work and underslab

utilities.

Senior High School

• Construction continues in the Flex Space and

Conference Room on the 2nd Floor.

• The Art Room is scheduled to be completed

by December 13th.

• The Cafeteria underslab plumbing is roughed

in and the underslab electrical work is on

going.

• Showers are being roughed in the Girls Pool

Locker Room.

• The concrete sidewalks have been installed

in the Courtyard and continue to be installed

outside the Main Entrance.

Project Status/Schedule Update

Lima Intermediate

• The elevator shaft is ready for the

elevator install to begin and

construction continues in room 206

and 210.

• The concrete steps have been

installed and the handrails are being

install.

Middle School

• The Projection Screen has been installed,

wired and the work for the proscenium is being

scheduled to be completed over Christmas

Break.

• The frame for the Alumni Hall of Fame screen

has been turned over to D’Agostino and shop

drawings are being prepared for review.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate

• Construction will be completed in

rooms 302, 110, 108, 106, Discovery

Lab and The Art Room and these

room will be turned over to the District.

• The next set of rooms that will be

available for construction is being

worked out with Campus and the

District.

Senior High School

• The Art Room will be completed and

turned over to the District.

• Saw-cutting and under slab plumbing

and electrical work will be installed in the

Kitchen. Concrete will be installed, and

framing will continue.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Middle School

• The projection screen proscenium is

scheduled to be installed over

Christmas Break.

Lima Elementary

• Elevator work will continue along with

work in room 210, 206 and 116.
