You are invited to join the Family Readiness Group in support of the
111th Fighter wing of the Air National Guard in honoring our Hometown
Heroes. The FRG is a private organization whose goals include fostering a
strong relationship between members, their families, and civilian communitie

to honor and interact with the men and women of our
armed forces; reaching an audience of approximately5000 airmen and civilian employees along with their
family members. Thousands of our finest will be on site

Event Schedule

Our day of festivities begins with a 5K fun
race on the Horsham ANG Airstrip.

Vendor Setup
Booth/Tent
The following is provided: 10 x 10 space; Six foot folding table. Power available
upon request.
Booth space is limited. Please visit our eventbrite page to expedite your order.

All vendor spaces are assigned. Vendors must check in with vendor coordinator at
the information table located in the front of the Vendors Village. You will be
marshaled to your location.
Vendor Setup: Vendors will load-in Thursday and/or Friday from 9 to 5pm.
Overnight security is provided. No unauthorized personnel will be allowed on
base after hours. Please secure your items in appropriate containers if you chooseto leave materials overnight.
Vehicles and parking: Vendors must be moved before setup of booth begins.
Please park in the vendor-designated area.
Hours of operation: Vendors must be event-ready and open for business by
9:30am. Vendors may not break down before 4:30 pm.

Rules and Regulations
Equipment: Vendor will need to furnish their own chairs. Power is available upon
request. Power strip and extension cords are not provided.
Merchandise: All merchandise must be G-rated and suitable for a family event-
oriented event. We reserve the right to prohibit the sale of any merchandise
deemed inappropriate.
Waste Disposal: Each vendor is required to keep their tent area clean. Centralized
waste management will be provided.
Liability insurance: It is the vendors responsibility to maintain liability insurance.
Security: Overnight security is provided and only base personnel are permitted
outside load-in hours. Please secure merchandise in appropriate containers.
Sales Tax: It is the vendors responsibility to adhere to city, state, and federal tax
guidelines for collection and payment of sales tax.
Food Vendors and Health Permits: Vendors must maintain and adhere to city
health regulations. Additionally, Base health inspection is required. A copy of
health permit and food safety certificate must be provided upon check-in.
Reminders Hometown Heroes Day is a rain or shine event.
Applicant's signature on this application releases and forever discharges Fred Experiential
Group, all sponsoring organizations, their elected officials, directors, contractors, employees,
and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, or claims of loss or damage arising out
of, or in conjunction with participation in the Festival. The Festival is not responsible for any
injury sustained by exhibitors, patrons, or guests. Applicant stores and exhibits their goods at
their own risk. In addition, I/we have read and agree to abide by all festival regulations stated
in this packet, or risk removal from Festival site without refund. Completion of the followingpage and/or completion of online registration constitutes agreement. No Refunds.
