The same young girl with a surprised look on her face saying, “Why do I have to do it?” Isn’t it amazing how we can be so kind and Christian when we’re at school or work or out in the world with total strangers, and then be totally different at home? Jesus mentions ‘doing “the will of My Father” a lot. Jesus didn’t pick and choose. Jesus didn’t say, “OK. I’ll do the fun stuff. I’ll preach and do miracles and tell stories”, and then whine and moan about the tough stuff. Jesus also talks about Himself being the Bread of Life. When we receive Jesus in Eucharist, we also accept the responsibility for being a disciple wherever we are, and no matter whether it’s doing the fun stuff or the difficult stuff. To be a disciple all depends on whether I am open to do it all for Jesus! Fr. Isn’t it amazing how we can be so kind and Christian when we’re at school or work or out in the world with total strangers, and then be totally different at home? DRAMA CAMP REGISTRATION Drama Camp runs for two weeks during the summer where 6

th through 12

th graders come together

and learn how to put together a show, from backstage, to environment, to acting, directing,

singing and dancing.

Camp runs from 9-5pm, July 9th

- July 13th

and again 9-5pm from July 16th

to 19th

.

Performances are July 20th

, 21st

and 22nd

.

This year we will be performing “Guys and Dolls.”

Registration is open until May 10th and audition take part on Saturday, May 11

th from 10-4pm.

Auditions are for casting purposes only; all applicants are accepted up to the 50 student limit.

Cost of the two week camp is $275.00 per student.

The Atlanta Catechist Conference is open to all adults interested in learning more about their Catholic Faith. Archbishop Greggory will be offering the Opening Prayer and welcome and Bishop Ned Shleisinger will be the presider at the closing Mass.
