Update on Christmas Activities

Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 15 at 6:30pm for Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 8 families. Students are to meet their teacher in their classrooms at 6:00pm. All students are to wear white tops and

black or navy bottoms. After the concert, parents are asked to pick up their children from their classrooms.

On Friday, December 16, St. Nicholas will be visiting the students at Josyf

Cardinal Slipyj School at 9:00am in the school gym. Our little JK/SK classes will begin first followed by the primary, junior and intermediate classes. Parents are invited to attend to take pictures and hear their children sing and recite poems for St. Nicholas.

On Monday, December 19, 2016, all Grade 1 to Grade 8 students will be attending Mass at St. Nicholas Church at 10:00 am to celebrate the Feast of St. Nicholas. Students will be arriving to church by yellow school buses and returning back to school by school buses. Students will be sitting with their grade and their teacher.

Reminder that our last day of class is on Friday, December 23 and it is also “Ugly

Christmas Sweater Day”, one of the Grade 8 Quebec fundraiser. Students are asked to bring in a toonie to wear their ugly Christmas sweaters.
