Who We Are
H.I.R. ProjectHealth Insurance Restoration
Project is a nonprofit organization that PAYS monthly health insurance premiums for Marketplace Exchange patients.
These patients have stopped paying their monthly premiums, received medical care, and had their health claims denied due to the lack of premium payment.
Our Story
What is ObamaCare? ObamaCare is the unofficial
name for The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a health reform law signed on March 23, 2010
Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.Gov) where Americans can purchase federally regulated and subsidized Health Insurance during open enrollment.
Examples: HumX (Humana), Molina
Marketplace, Blue Select (BC/BS), Coventry, United, etc.
Current ProcessDenials Collection AgencyWhen a patient stops paying
their monthly premiums they have 90 days to bring their account back up into good status before being dropped by their insurance provider.
From day 31 to day 90 an insurance provider will verify a patients insurance and then DENY your patients healthcare claim due to “Lack of Premium Payment
