High-Speed Braiders DF The Spirka DF Series braiders are designed and produced for a wide variety of applications in the wire and cable, hose and medical industries. Special features allow the machines to maintain constant tensions at very low levels. This as well as highly controlled core material handling allows the user the highest levels of control over entire the braiding process. The DF machines also include standard features such as automatic central lubrication, and both single and multi wire break detection. Optionally the machines can be equipped with either a longitudinal tape unit or a concentric tape-winding unit in line with the braiding pro- cess. These features and more allow the user to guarantee the highest quality standards.
