Note: Please use an e-mail address when first registering. This ensures compatibility with the BDR reporting interface. eIDs and other forms of identification can still be added later.

Please create a new EU-Login Account

Create an EU Login account if you do not have one.

Note: We require personal company e-mail addresses, type name.familyname@companyname.country/com

There has to be a visible link to the company you attempt to register. Functional mailboxes will not be accepted. Other users can be added at a later point. For further info on security, please see: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/ods2/static/documents/fgas/security-statement-fgas-portal.pdf

Enter your registration details.

You will then receive a registration email.

Go back to the above link, log in with the new password and you will be redirected to the Fgas Portal

If you are a company, enter your VAT number and click « CHECK »

The first time you enter the system, you will be asked to verify if your organisation is already registered.

Please read carefully

Provide Yes/No answers to each question

Please read carefully and fill in

When you click «DOWNLOAD», the system generates a statement with the information you entered in the form

Registration Form

Verify that all the information in the statement is correct.

Have the statement signed and dated. Scan and upload the document.

Sign, date, stamp and scan the registration form and upload it here.

Once you have filled out everything and uploaded the statement, please submit.
