The Model : Partnership

HeSaLight propose to enter into a business partnership with the Led streetlight owner and add the necessary expertise to exploit the WIFI opportunity as well opera-tional management of the network. The HeSaLinkTM partnership can have a different struc-ture depending on the risk and involvement desired: 100% Investment Ownership: The street light

owner invest in HeSaLinkTM LED streetlights and operate/manage both lighting and WIFI.

Managed WIFI Hotspot Service: The street light

owner invest in HeSaLinkTM LED streetlights. He-SaLight is contracted to manage and maintain the physical network as well as the backend operation platforms.

LED Investment Offset with dedicated non-

commercial use: The Street light owner award the right to use the LED streetlights housing for WIFI modules to HeSaLight against a price reduction on the LED Street lights and thereby faster ROI for the upgrade to LED.
