Natural varietyWhere traditional vending machines use powder solutions, the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner focusses on the quality of natural ingredients. With fresh milk, two different bean types and a choice of two different powders – such as chocolate powder for white and dark chocolate – the machine offers features that are typ-ical of the premium coffee machines that Schaerer is known for.

The modular design of the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner will in the near future provide even more scope for other options, such as a third bean grinder or a syrup module. Hot and cold coffee specialities can also be prepared at the touch of a button. This leaves nothing standing in the way of true coffee pleasure anywhere and at any time.

Intuitive operation and promo spaceUsing the 32” touch display, coffee connoisseurs can choose from a large range of different coffee bev-erages. The clear and simple menu guidance provides further options and permits intuitive operation. The large screen also offers the option to create your own coffee recipes and prominently display promotional messages such as adverts or films, which is particularly helpful for branding and customer loyalty.

Schaerer Best FoamTM

To be able to offer a unique variety of beverages, the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner is equipped with patented Best FoamTM technology. Best FoamTM can be used to offer custom coffee compositions of the highest barista standard; there are no limits to the creative options here. The quality of the silky, glossy, snow-white and extremely creamy and stable milk foam remains consistent from cup to cup.

Cleaning and hygieneIn developing the Best FoamTM, the focus was not least on easy clean-ing of the system – the automated cleaning programme ensures maxi-mum hygiene in just ten minutes.

OPERATION, SERVICE, AND CUSTOMISATIONTo guarantee optimum servicing and maintenance, the housing of the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner can be opened at the front. This means that service engi-neers can easily access the well-protect-ed components of the coffee powerhouse whenever required.

The digital extra mileSchaerer offers additional digital solutions such as the telemetry sys-tem from the Schaerer Coffee Link or the integration of any payment options required. One blueprint to meet all requirementsThe Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner is designed to offer modification op-tions to meet the individual needs of operators. This means not just saving custom recipes, but also developing entirely new recipes in collaboration with Schaerer. The style, design and even the shape of the housing can be tailored as required – and the user interface of the touch display can also be customised. Together with the option to integrate apps, the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner therefore meets every requirement for a customised Premium-Coffee- to-Go machine.

Inner valuesThe Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner is equipped with a 60 litre refrigerator. It includes up to 20 litres of milk in either one or two compartments – both in the form of containers and bag-in-box packages. In addition, there are three integrated cup dispensers as well as storage compartments for sugar and stirrers. Also integrated are a water filter and – in the future – a waste system for the simple and easy setup and operation of the Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner.
