The Texas STaR Chart
• An assessment tool developed around four key areas of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology.
• Designed to help teachers, campuses, and districts to determine their progress toward meeting their goals.
The Texas STaR Chart cont.
• Assist in the measurement of the impact to improve student learning through the use of technology as specified in NCLB.
• Enables teachers to see the expectations for Technology and Instruction.
