creat pel dibuixant Derek Riggs i ha tingut diverses encarnacions a càrrec d'altres artistes com Melvyn Grant.

Iron Maiden és un dels grups de heavy metal més influents amb gairebé 90 milions de còpies venudes arreu del món.
