Sanjiang Special Vehicle-Heavy Duty Flatbed Transporter

China Sanjiang Space Group associate with Wuhan University of Science and Technology has developed WTW heavy flatbed transporter. It is a hi-tech product which integrates machining, electric and hydraulic technology. With self-elevator and autonomous drive wheels, it is capable of transporting hull segment or similar heavy structure.

The whole vehicle adopts hydraulic drive, hydraulic suspension, hydraulic independent steering and frame hydraulic balance etc. technology. It possesses big load capacity, easy driving and auto-lift etc. advantages.

As for heavy flat transport vehicle's excellent large load capability and its unique steering features, they are widely used in dockyard or steel plant for transporting steel hull structures from one working procedure to another, or adopted in large, heavy concrete prefabricated parts transportation when road or railroad are built. As trail tractor, they also can be used for guided missile delivery and aerospace craft's transportation.

Sanjiang Biochemistry (Amino Acid) was founded, as a national Hi-New technology enterprise in April, 1997, and chiefly manufacturing amino acid raw materials and oral liquid, injections, tablets (capsules, granules) nutritious wine concerned with amino acids.

Sanjiang Biochemistry (Amino Acid) has always been persisting in the strategy of developing on the basis of technology and science. Postdoctoral Research Lab, Amino Acid Technology Centre, Postdoctoral Industrialized Base and Worker Training Centre had been built at Sanjiang Biochemistry (Amino Acid). Generally the technology associated with amino acid is reaching the international advanced level and always keeping ahead domestically. In the past few years, 5 research subjects were awarded the first prize in terms of technological progress and Spark Program in Hubei province, 8 significant achievements were made in the area of science research. Sanjiang Biochemistry (Amino Acid) had also been successful in finishing more than 20 national and provincial research programs.

GMP certificate is available, and more than 60 kinds of products had got registered number from the Administration. At present, the annual output is 2000T amino acid raw materials, 30million bottles of injection, 20million bottles of oral liquid, 750million tablets (capsules, granules), 50T nutritious wine. In excess of 20 amino acid raw materials can be manufactured.

Sanjiang Biochemistry has owned more than 10 national patents and scientific and research achievement in lactic acids field, It’s owned the first post-doctoral reaserch center of lactic acid in China and the most advanced production line of lactic acid and lactates, our comprehensive strength has got the approval of the domestic customers. We have two main series products,’L’and ‘DL’ series, which amount to 36 varieties to divide heat-stabe grade, excel grade and food grade, can meet the quality demands of different customers. Especially our refined heat-stable lactic acid, pharmaceutical grade calcium lactate, refined sodium lactate, buffered lactic acid have filled the domestic blank.

Sanjiang Biochemistry has obtained ISO9001: 2000 and HACCP certificate, past GMP standard in the production plant, the products are measured by SGS international inspection organization, every physics and chemistry index all apply to USP , BP , CP , FCC/V and GB standard.

Sanjiang Biochemistry’s annual integrated production capacity is over 20000 metric tons, consist of 12000 tons per year of lactic acid, 3000 tons of calcium lactate, 5000 tons of sodium production and 800 tons of buffered lactic acid and others, such as zinc lactate, potassium lactate, inferior iron lactate, etc..

Sanjiang Machine-----Gauze Folding Machine

By using various pre-sized absorbent gauze and with 2 operators in assistance, these machines automatically do operations: cutting, edge-creasing, scissoring, folding, forming, rearranging, output, and counting quantity. They can manufacture the products according to American Standards, European Standards and other Special standards. Upon request, they provide products through single-lane, double-lanes and multi-lanes to speed-up output and work pace. They also do special technological processes like Wet-mode folding, X-ray detectable tread applying and Operand resetting (2 operand, 3 operand, 4 operand). For the light-model machines, they can also be converted into 3 to 4--lanes for making the 4-ply and 8-ply gauze rolls or swabs in a high efficient working style.

For gauze sponge folding machine(American folding) with folded edge in, it can make: 5x5cm - 4ply,8ply,12ply,16ply; 7.5x7.5cm - 4ply,8ply,12ply,16ply; 10x10cm - 8ply,12ply,16ply; 10x20cm - 8ply,12ply.
