Nowdays,we find many people changes to be busy people . Yeah,because we live at modern era . to facilitate their work,they need technology. Technology have an important role in this world. And,technology also make changes to the world culture. What culture? Maybe we dont aware about how to eat healthy food. But the fact , we are not directly follow to eating instant food which is the culture of developed country.

We know about instant food. You can take it in your storagecabinets and just 3 minutes cook you have served it in front of you. Or,you can go to mc donald,asking to the waiters , wait a minute and you get your food,very fast. It is not surprising many people like instant food. Beside fast to serve,the taste is not bad.

Maybe they dont know disadvantage of instant food. dont know what ingredients are in instant food. Or maybe the impact to their body.it is so sad.

We know many kinds of instant food. The first we always find it is packaged food or canned food . packaged food is easily bought in market and easy and quick to cook it. But the researchers found that packed food have many chemical material which not healthy for our body. Especially preservative or MSG. Preservative can demage the liver. Because the liverhelpsthe bodytoneutralizetoxic. On canned food many nutrition has broken cause the high technology. High technology necessary to kill the bactery and virus in canned food. But the producer dont know that high technology make nutrition on food decrease.

How about fast food? Fast food of choice for many people. Because fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly . Fast food have a few nutrition , but that nutriton which needed for our body can not be fullfiled with eating fast food. So,all of fast food is unhealthy?do you agree?no,fast food is not as bad as junk food. A few fast food is healthy like sushi , salad , or kebab.

Maybe junk food is the worst. The research said that junk food dont have nutrition which needed for our body and also can make sickness. Junk food have many dangerous ingridients .some of dangerous ingridienta are bad fats. bad fats is onecauseheartdisease. In a few country , junk food also cause obesity. some of thethings that causefood calledjunk food is friying with used oil , like fried chicken .

Althought we are busy with our work but we must know what we eat. not too often to eating instant food. Take your little time to cook your food by self. You dont know how clean and healthy the food that you buy . balance your live with healthy eating and many exercising. Maybe nomatterat all times when you eat instant food,butcounting calories andnutrientsyour foodso that youstay healthy.

Maybe this our habit is cause why we rarely find people who have aged over 100 years. we know now that human in the world aged everage 80 years old. Keep our habit to eating healthy food. Dont follow bad habit of developed country. Keep spirit and we still can live.
