• A comprehensive program of region wide Pharmacies, Food Supplements Retail Stores and Skincare Centers is part of an elaborate retail channel establishment plan under “Healthcare” brand stores. – 3 Stores already opened in 2005– 4 more stores planned for 2006– Total of 50 stores to be opened by 2010

• Presentations have been made and negotiating with 7 major upcoming malls for store locations.

Training & EducationTraining & Education• In-house fully equipped and staffed training

facilities for training on skincare and hair care conducting over 23 different practical and theoretical classes around the year.

• Conducting educational seminars and presentations to the trade by inviting international speakers for key events in addition to regular in-house education and training classes.

• Supporting all customers, sub-distributors and their sales and marketing teams with excellent training and educational programs providing proper tools to be successful in today’s competitive environment.

• Providing sales, marketing and practical trainings on products through out the Middle East region by professional trainers.


Regulatory SupportRegulatory Support

• Properly staffed and “resourceful” regulatory affairs department to liaise with MOH of UAE and other Govt. bodies for registration of pharmaceutical and other regulated products.

• Providing guidance and help to principals in preparation of dossiers for submission to MOH.

• Providing help to sub-distributors in the region in preparation of dossiers for submission to relevant MOH offices in each country.
