RE: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INSTALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS APPARATUS PURSUANT TO THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT ORDER) (AS AMENDED) 1995 AND THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CODE (CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS) 2003 LOCATION: VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT CRAWLEY

As part of Openreach's ongoing proposal to expand broadband accessibility and the government's Digital Britain policy this is a notification of our intention to install

electronic communications apparatus pursuant to the Electronic Communications Code Regulation 5 (2003) in accordance with Part 24 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2001.

Due to the size of the installation and its location no formal planning application or notice of prior approval is required and there is no right of refusal or fee involved. This notification is made under Regulation 5 of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 and formally notifies the Local Planning Authority in writing, 1 calendar month in advance, of our intention to install the equipment.

The proposal incorporates the installation of lx DSLAM equipment cabinet olive green, the dimensions of which are:

Height 1600mm x Length 1200mm x Depth 450mm
