Please be kind and an outstanding neighbor by cleaning up after your pets and keep-ing them on a leash. It is important for a pet owner to maintain control over their pets in public places like parks, playgrounds, and sidewalks. It is also important to maintain control and all safety precautions while the pet in on or near the owner’s property as well as residential neighborhoods in general. This helps keep children, adults, and even other animals including your pets safe.

Meet Your Trainer: Have questions about working out, proper body mechanics, how fast your heart rate should be or general tips, please come out & meet your neighbor trainer.

Yoga Nidra: Deep sleep meditations while you are awake. There are no physical poses, just relaxation. Great for stress reduction, insomnia and other diagnosis.
