CA Spectrum® will manage the WiFi environments in

most organization. This will include instruction on how

operators can view this new infrastructure in relationship

to other elements in the environment and be proactive

by managing and setting thresholds for number of users

connected, upload/download volume, and much more.

– If APs are not reachable, AP will be grey out.

– Root cause alarm will be raised on switch.

Corresponding suppressed APs will be listed as

symptoms of this alarm.

– WLC will raise “AP down/disassociated” alarm for

each unreachable AP, provided WLC device

support corresponding MIBs and enabled with

traps
