6. A gravel surface shall be permitted throughout the parking area whereas the zoning By-law requires either concrete or asphalt.

NOTES:

i. The applicant has requested a variance to allow four (4) parking spaces instead of the minimum required five (5) parking spaces. However, as this property is located within Area A ’ of Schedule ‘H’ within the Zoning By-law, four (4) parking spaces are required. As such, this variance is not required.

ii. One (1) of the four (4) parking spaces provided shall be clearly identified and dedicated as visitor parking.
