ELIGIBILITY Only Pakistani Nationals bearing a machine readable passport

minimum valid up to 31 May 2018

Individuals having valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

If Biometric submission will be made mandatory for forthcoming Hajj-2017 and booking of Hujjaj is subject to the clearance of Biometric Submission, then it would be the sole responsibility of Intending Hujjaj to physically appear and have the biometric process cleared.

Valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

Computerized Form "B" for children issued by NADRA Ten Photographs (3cm x 4cm) with light blue background

PAYMENT POLICY Package rates are fixed and non-negotiable

Full amount is due upon signing of the Hajj Application form of the Ministry of Religious Affairs

Payment is to be made by Pay Order, Demand Draft or crossed cheque in the favor of M/S SUPER TRAVELS (PVT) LTD

Any request for change in itinerary is subject to availability of hotel accommodation and flight and will result in change of the package price.

REFUND POLICY

After submission of Hajj application form to Ministry of Religious Affairs, the payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE

Hajj draft amount will be refunded after receipt from the Ministry of Religious Affairs

As per Airline policy, ticket once issued is Non-refundable Hajj packages are subject to final confirmation, authorization and allocation of quota by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any additional fee or taxes imposed by KSA will be payable by the Pilgrim
