Brief Introduction

• We are a Saudi company based in Jeddah. We are a group of six different companies, for which two are aviation based. First one is specialized in providing Aviation Support Services, while the last one specialized in Travel and Tourism field.

First, one as Support Services Est.• We are representing too many airlines as their

General Sales Agent (GSA) in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently we are GSA for:

• Sun Air – Sudan • Tajik Air – Tajikistan • Air Go Egypt – Egypt • Those airlines are operating their regular

flights and charter flights for Umrah & Hajj.

Second, one as Travel & Tourism

• We are IATA affiliated agency for travel & tourism. Our travel agency offices in Jeddah & Pakistan are organizing tickets & tour packages to our esteemed customers all over the world.

General Introduction:

• Following is a brief note about our Est. and the services we can provide directly or thru our affiliated agencies / joint venture companies, in order to enable our prospective business partner / client determine the fields where we can cooperate with each other for the mutual interest of our two organizations.

• In addition to the aforesaid, we provide the following services;

• Management of Aviation Operations and Provision of Technical Support and Consultations.

• Obtaining of Clearance for International Airspace, Over Flying and Landing in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, African, European and Asian Countries.

• We have our operations staff at different airports of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are taking care of the flights professionally.

BETT Operation Team: BETT professional team for ground operation is always up to the

task. Starting from Counter Check-in till all the passengers are on-

board. Check-in and acceptance of passengers according to IATA

standards. Issuance of required boarding passes and baggage tags according

to APP & PNR. Segregation of luggage and ZamZam water. Smooth delivery of passengers’ luggage to the airside (Ramp)

and into the aircraft. Security check of the passengers and their luggage. Boarding the passengers into the aircraft after the GID (Security).

BETT Operation Team (Continue): BETT professionals at ramp site are up to the task to push back

the aircraft with minimum time on ground. Close coordination with ground handling agent and airport

authorities to obtain suitable parking for aircraft. Receiving of passenger luggage & ZamZam and preparing it for

uplifting according to the type of aircraft, i.e. pallets, containers or bulk.

Support in provision of fuel, catering, fleet service (cleaning) etc. Submission of departure flight plan to ATC. Provision of weather reports to the Captain. Preparation of load & trim sheet and Loading Instruction Report

(LIR). Provision of other ground support services if required. Boarding of passengers into aircraft for, “before time push back”.
