Welcome to our unique 24/7 online ability to obtain an Infinity® BenchTop Quote and Place an Order. The system is very easy to use and accurate.

Infinity Bench Tops offer the ideal solution when deciding what to have in your kitchen.

Main Features : They are a 100% acrylic, solid surface benchtop, at a most affordable price. Easy to care for and can be repaired or even renewed to their original

condition. Scratches can be easily buffed away by following some simple instructions. Seamless feel and look. They have the least visible joins when compared to

Granite, Marble, Reconstituted Stone, or even Laminates! They are non porous and therefore have a high resistance to stains, moulds

and bacteria. Suitable for Commercial applications.

Logging In

To access the Infinity® Ordering System logging in is required. Enter your 9-digit Häfele account number and password, then click ‘Login’.

Please note the Häfele account number format is NZxxxxxxx.

For accounts created prior to January 2013 the format is NZ00xxxxx where xxxxx is your old 5 digit account number.


Menu Options

You can also review existing quotes by clicking on the History tab.

Navigate to Häfele Online Access the help tab.

After Logging in you will be directed to this page. From here you can Submit a New Quote or Review an Existing one.

To Submit a New Quote select ‘Submit A New Quote’

Alternatively select ‘Review Existing Quote’ to review a previous quote.

Submitting A New Quote


To Submit a new Quote you need to enter a Job name/reference in the required field.

Then select a ‘Access Difficulty’, this is how easy or difficult it is to access the site where the product is to be installed.

Lastly ‘Travel Range’ needs to be determined, this is the approximate distance the Installer will have to travel to get to the installation site

Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

There are 7 shapes to choose from:

• Straight Line Shape

• L Shape

• U Shape

• G Shape

• C Shape

• Angular Shape

• T Shape

To select a Shape just click on the one you would like.

There is also a Custom Shape option, to order a custom shape the ‘Infinity Bench Top Order’ form needs to be downloaded and submitted to infinity@Häfele.co.nz or faxed to 09 - 274 2040

To Download the ‘Infinity Bench Top Order’ form, click on the custom shape, then click on the form link.

ShapeFirst Step is to choose a Shape


Click ‘Select New Shape’ to change the shape that was selected.

To pick a colour just click on the one you want.

Step 2 is to choose a Colour


There are 5 standard widths to choose from, you can select them using the drop down box. There is also an ‘other’ option where you can specify a custom width.

When choosing a custom width the cost is rounded to the next highest standard width i.e. if you want a width of 250mm you will be charged for 300mm.

Enter the Lengths you require. Note that the lengths have to be longer than the widths. i.e. B must be longer than D

Click the (Re)Draw Shape button to draw the shape to the new dimensions

You can also use the arrows to flip and rotate the shape as required

NOTE: Depending on the shape you choose the dimensions required will change.

Step 3 is to choose the required dimensions

Click Previous if you want to amend the Bench Top options.

Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Select which edges will be visible by using the drop down boxes, or by clicking the corresponding letter on the diagram.

A thick line represents a visible edge and a thin line is a non-visible edge.

Here you can choose any Cutouts you would like.

If you do not want any Cutouts then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

If you wish to see the measurements on the drawing you can click here.

Enter the quantity of each of the Cutouts you require.

This is the final stage of your Bench Top configuration.

You have several options:

Finish and view the quotation

To add another Bench Top

Edit the Job name and Travel Range

You can edit your bench top layout by clicking the ‘Edit’ button.

You can have up to 5 Benchtop layouts per Quote.

If you have more than one Benchtop layout you can use the ‘Delete’ button to remove any you do not want.

Edit Order or Add a New Bench Top


Click Continue to view the Quote.

Click ‘Include Templating’ if you would like to allow the site to be assessed and accurate angles of walls to be determined.

The total price plus GST

Click Previous if you want to amend the Bench Top options

Click to convert your quote to an order.

Click to print your quote and save it to history for later use.

Enter a Installation/Delivery address

Fill in the required details: Client Name, Client Surname, Client Phone and Client E-mail and Installation Date.

Check the ‘Accept Terms and Conditions’ box.

Then click ‘Convert To Order’

Navigate to ‘Häfele Online’

Order CompletedThis is the final screen in the ordering process letting you know that your order has been completed.

From this page you can:


Review an existing Quote or order

Submit a New Quote

View the order by clicking ‘here’

Return to the Home page

In the history tab you can View Existing Quotes and Orders.

You can change the view so only Quotes or only Orders show or you can Display both.

You are able to search the history using a reference number or job name. You can also search between certain dates.

The history is displayed here, it shows the Reference ID, Date, Job Name, ACC. No., Total Price and Status. To view the Quote or order click on ‘View’ next to the one you wish to display.
