Gylfis Portsmouth Career Mode - 2019 Update

Hi guys, welcome to my career mode save on FIFA 15. Im playing as Portsmouth on World lass

di!!iculty, although most o! the !irst season was played on Pro!essional as I was only getting used to the

new game. I used a !inancial ta"eover to #uy some youth scouts, #ut other than that I have "ept it $uite

realistic and not spent loads on players. I play around %& games per season, and simulate the rest.

'outh player !aces are random ones that loo" li"e their generated !ace, !rom this !acepac". Haven(t

made cards !or the su#s and reserves #ecause they(re all shit. I should pro#a#ly do something a#out

that...

In our !irst season we were crowned champions o! )eague *wo as e+pected, and the !ollowing season

earned promotion again #y !inishing %nd in )eague ne. *he hampionship was tougher, and we

narrowly missed out on the play-o!!s in in %&1, #ut came #ac" stronger to clinch %nd the !ollowing

season and gain promotion to the Premier )eague. *he #oard e+pected a mid-ta#le !inish, and thats

what they got as we !inished 1&th. We have had little success in the cups however, with the )eague *wo

trophy #eing the only silverware we have won, something I hope to change in the near !uture.

other centre-#ac"s @ust wouldn(t cut it, and we needed someone with real

$uality and pre!era#ly young enough to #ecome a real stalwart !or years to

come. I thin" he(ll reach 85 or higher, his physical stats aren(t amaing #ut

technically he is an e+cellent de!ender.

2igned him while in )eague ne, and he has grown impressively andshould #ecome a very capa#le top !light de!ender. =reat pace, #ut his lac"o! strength lets him down a littleB he(s li"e the 2cottish 3ar$uinhos. As hisdri##ling stat suggests, he(s competent with the #all at his !eet, and his longand short passing stats are #oth over & which is nice.

Dordan has grown an impressive 1& overall points since @oining three

seasons ago. With 88 crossing and E> curve, he consistently puts $uality

#alls into the #o+, and also has solid de!ensive stats. 3ore or less the

complete !ull-#ac" in my opinion.

ne hal! o! my 4orthern Ireland mid!ield duo. His technical a#ility is decentand will improve in the !uture, sadly his physical stats are really poor.2cored some great long range e!!orts with him, despite his averageshooting stats.

*his guy is on the road to #ecoming a world-#eater. He has some insane

!ive star s"ill moves as well. =reat !un to play with, and will only get #etter.

*he only original Portsmouth player remaining in my starting line up, and

also the clu# captain. His stats are pretty underwhelming, and I thin" he(s

stopped growing as well, #ut !or some reason he per!orms well !or me.

'oung and promising, #ut he(s pretty one dimensional. E1 7all ontrol and

E5 ri##ling is insane !or an 18 year old, and it is e+tremely noticea#le in

game as the #all #asically stic"s to his !oot. 2hame a#out his lac" o! s"ill

moves and pace, all he(s really good !or is spamming the roulettes and !a"e

shots, #ut he could develop into a very tidy player.

A#out to give up on him and #uy a #etter stri"er, he(s scored lots o! goals,

many o! them important to our success so !ar, #ut he isn(t !un to use at all.

2cores mostly @ust tap-ins, and with poor pace and s"ill moves I(m on the

loo"out !or the right replacement.
