1° Laboratorio del Gusto®

IL VINO 25 Marzo 2006 l’inizio è con il prodotto più tipico e particolare perché l’uso del vino non è consentito nelle carceri.

2° Laboratorio del Gusto®

L’OLIO Dopo il Vino è l’Olio il prodotto più importante della Toscana. Il 29 Aprile 2006 in Carcere si parla di Olio. Conseguentemente all’incontro il produttore presente assume un carcerato nel Frantoio Cooperativo.

2nd Taste Laboratory OILAfter wine, oil is the most important product in Toscany. The 29th April 2006 in prison we spoke about oil. After the meeting the producer participating to the event took as worker one inmate in the cooperative oil mill.

4° Laboratorio del Gusto®

I FORMAGGI Dopo questo Laboratorio il produttore presente (Massimo Ricci) assume un carcerato nel Caseificio San Martino.

4st Taste Laboratory CHEESEAfter this laboratory the participant producer (Massimo Ricci) took as worker one inmate in the San Martino cheese factory.

5° Laboratorio del Gusto® IL

MIELE Da questo incontro del 18 Novembre 2006 nasce l’idea di produrre il miele all’interno dell’Istituto… nel 2007 vengono fatti corsi professionali alla guida di Massimo Sampieri (l’apicoltore che avevamo portato in carcere )Oggi in Carcere si produce il miele “Millesbarre” … sono oltre 30 le arnie permanenti nel cortile del carcere.

4st Taste Laboratory HONEYThe idea of a honey production inside the institute was born from the previous meeting about honey, taken the 18th November 2006 … in 2007professional trainings were taken by Massimo Sampieri (the beekeeper participating to the laboratory in 2006).Today in the local prison they produce a honey called “Wild-bar honey”.there are more than 30 steady hives in the prison yard.

22° Laboratorio del Gusto® I L BASILICO Il 28 Marzo 2009 è una grande tappa del progetto “Gusto è Libertà”… la Coop Parvus Flos (Presente al Laboratorio) inizia un percorso che ha portato ad una collaborazione molto importante.Oggi in Carcere si producono piante aromatiche che poi vengono acquistate dalla Parvus Flos. Tutt’ora un carcerato lavora presso le serre della Parvus Flos.

22st Taste Laboratory BASILA big step for the project “Taste is Freedom” was done the 28th of March 2009… Coop Parvus Flos (standing at the laboratory) begun the journey taking to a very important cooperation with the local prison. Today the local prison produces aromatic plants wich are bought by Parvus Flos. Still an inmate works in the Parvus Flos greenhouses.

Le Cene dell’Amicizia

• Nel programma di “Gusto E’ Libertà” ci sono stati anche due grandi appuntamenti hanno portato ad ospitare sino a 200 persone per ogni cena nel Carcere aperto ad ospiti esterni

Friendship Dinners

• The “Taste is freedom” program included even two important meetings open to external guests. During these meetings up to 200 persons were hosted for each dinner.

2° Protocollo Dopo oltre 3 anni viene stipulato un nuovo accordo tra Slow Food Monteregio e l’Amministrazione Penitenziaria

2nd ProtocolAfter more than 3 years a new agreement is done between Slow Food Monteregio and the local prison administration.
