Campus Students Communities (formerly known as Jain

College Hostel - JCH), established in year 2000, is a student housing enterprise that caters to the accommodation and nutrition needs of students pursuing higher education. The Organisation commenced with 34 students and 6 staff members is today a conglomerate comprising of 17 entities with over 326 staff members working in unison towards the cherished ideas of founder. We proudly cater over 10,000 meals per day to over 5,000+ students and growing at a rapid pace under the effective leadership of Mr. Saket Jalan.

The Company has strategic partnerships with Jain Group of Institutions, Alliance University, Narsee Monjee University , Christ College and other premier institutes. Student Housing being the most promising sector in India, the enterprise is expanding its presence in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Indore and Kota.

The Campus offers modern amenities and the residents of the campus have access to facilities like Hot water, RO treated drinking water, Laundry Service, Transportation,

IVRS System, 24/7 Medical Aid, Repair and Maintenance through Mobile App, Indoor Sports and Recreational facilities. The Campus is monitored by IP camera surveillance along with round the clock security guards.

The Dining caters to all the food and the nutritional requirements of the students. The menu for all the meal sessions is changed regularly to provide variety and wholesome nourishment. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled and also includes Biometric Attendance System and a matchless compulsory Cashless Mediclaim Insurance for the students.

A lot of activities are undertaken like Excursions Tours, Festival and Birthday Celebrations, courses on Yoga and Meditation, Self Enhancement Programmes, Personal Grooming, Personality Development Programmes, Hobby Classes, Annual Day Celebration: 'MILAP' , tie-ups for Music and Dance Classes like Salsa/Latino/Cha-Cha-Cha, Cooking classes (exclusive for Girl Students), Inter and Intra Hostel Competitions, Night Outing, Movie Screening and Publication of our In-House Newsletter 'Campus Time'.

Primary Colour Logo

At the heart of our visual identity is the CSC logo. It should appear on everything we produce, from letterheads to leaflets and from online banners to bookmarks.

These standard versions of the CSC logo are intended for use on white or light-coloured backgrounds, including light uncomplicated photographic backgrounds. Examples of how these logos should be used for various applications appear in the following pages.

Our messages follow three key principles:

ClarityAll our communications must be clear and consistent in terms of the visual and verbal messaging they convey. Such clarity and consistency ensures the instant recognition of Campus Students Communities.

Black & White

Wherever possible the CSC logo must appear in the Primary colour logo.

However, there are circumstances where the accurate reproduction of the Primary Color logo is not possible. These include print media where only black ink is available, such as press advertisements, or black and white laser printing.

In these circumstances, the use of the CSC logo in black is permitted. However, it is important to use the special black artwork versions, as use of the CSC artwork versions could result in a half-tone grey.

NOTEDo not print letterheads in colour on a laser or inkjet printer as the colour of the logo will not be correct. Please print in black & white using only the specific black artwork versions of the logo.

Exclusion Zone

The CSC logo is protected by an invisible exclusion zone where no graphic material other than thebackground should appear. This is to ensure that the logo remains free from visual interference and stands out clearly.

The exclusion zone should be the maximum width of ‘S’ from left to right and the same height.

Similarly, the minimum distance from the cut or folded edge of any brochure or document to whichthe logo is applied should also maintain same gap.

There may well be instances where the logo needs to be positioned further than this minimum distancefrom format edges to ensure well-balanced design.

Recommended positioning for any additionalpartnership logos is at the opposite end of the pageto the CSC logo. If multiple logos are required,they should start from left and be placed next to eachother leaving sufficient space around them.Please observe the exclusion zone for all logos.

Symbol

The symbol should not be used as a substitute for the logo. The Logo should always be used as a whole, including both the symbol and the name of Company.

The symbol can sometimes be used as a graphic device or watermark in printed publications where there are no images to complement the text. It is usually printed bleeding off the page and sized approximately 55% of the height of the page and placed one third of the distance from the top.

The strength of logo is dependent on its consistent application, which means that the correct logo artwork must always be used without any modifications or additions.

As well as not modifying or adding to the logo in any way, you should always retain the original proportions when resizing the logo to avoid distorting the image.

The colour associated with the Company is Pantone 206c, which is recognised worldwide as our identifying colour.

Pantone 206c in the official colour chart (with the suffix C, U or M depending on whether coated, uncoated or matt coated paper stock is used for print items).Pantone 206c can be specified as a special ink or created from these breakdowns of the process colours (CMYK) or screen colours (RGB) as required.

A set of tonally darker and lightercolours have been developed in orderto support the six core colours. These12 supporting colours are designed towork with the core colours, in variouscombinations. They should be used toadd depth and variety.

There is no set colour for departmentsor areas of the Company. Any of the18 colours within the palette may beused for any communication.Attention should be given to the useof appropriate colours. Minimal colourusage is often the most effective.

Accessibility

When choosing colour it is important to consider the best options from the palette that will project the information clearly, effectively and complement any chosen images.

There must always be good contrast between the text and the backgroundcolour. Dark type on a white or very pale background is the most legible. White type should only be used on avery dark background.

All colours on the previous page are shown at values of 100%. To achieve paler tones, it is also possible to use any of the colours at lower percentages. Pantone

The primary typeface for commercially printed materials is Aller. This typeface has been chosen for its clarity and readability and should be used on all printed materials including leaflets and brochures.

Lower case letters, with the ascenders and descenders, make it easy for the eye to process word formations.

Our typographic style is strong, clear and simple.

The grid is used as versatile, underlying horizontal structure for typography. Headlines should be prominent and limited to a small number of words.

Introductory text, paragraphs and quotations or facts can act as a summary of the content or key messages.

Body copy is generally typeset ranged left, ranged right. Never justify text.

The recommended minimum point size for body copy on an A4 pages is 11 point set on 13 point leading.
