Edwin Derla arrived early to assist the PNP EODT or Bomb Squad unit from Digos Davao del Sur in response the text message info comi ng from PO1 Dumangas that the New Peop les Army are planning to attack or sabotage the CJTPI plant facilities. 0623H: Arrived four members from PNP bomb squad headed by the PC/Insp. Biolan and PC/Insp. Casas and automatically conduct ocular inspection at admin building then proceed to plant site to clear the area of which the possible route of all board members together with HG Alindajao, Lysander & Engr. Edwin Derla. 0730H: After conducted thorough inspection and found out the information that had given was negative the Bomb squad unit standby at ³Purok´ near old admin building for their shelter while they wait the expected arrival of board members. Few minutes gone by Sta. Cruz Chief of Police P/Supt. Taypin with his six men arrived with their mobile patrol and deployed some at gate. Two armed Regional Mobile Group also standby at the gate. 0744H: Arrival of Toyota Grandia Van 1 Plate # LGT-797driven by Mr. Cesar Bahala with V.I.P. CJ Vice President Mr. Lee Jae Ho, GM Son Dae Ho and Mr. Cho Yun Hee escorted by close-in security Cresvic Espana, and followed by vehicle Ford van plate # PDQ-318 on board Antonio Floirendo with his body guards. Anflocor legal Atty. Grapa and Mr. Vincent Floirendo also arrived with their own vehicle.Toyota Grandia Van 2 arrived with on board Japanese share holder Mr. Norihiro Hayashi, and Mr. Kim Tae Jung of Binggrae. 0900H: Start Board meeting of share holders in the board room hosted by Mr. Yang Chan Kyoo & Mr. Son Dae Ho. After signing the contract at around 1000 hours all aforementioned share holders proceed to the plant site with service van and they were dropped off at main process building and conduct site inspection from ground floor to fourth floor then proceed to Raw materials building by foot with designated security guards and close-in security back up and PNP-EOD.

After a short sight seeing at raw materials area they rode in the van back to admin
building and talked for awhile. Around 1035 hours they went out from CJTPI compound
for their other set of destination with the close-in security escort.
In behalf of the support/teamwork of all CJTPI employee¶s I have noticed that said event was
successfully done.
