We carry out the design, production, installation, commissioning, certifica-tion and maintenance of industrial air treatment systems: suction and filtering of odours, fumes, smoke, dust and particu-late.

Our systems are custom designed to be more efficient and have lower running costs.

Examples of application:industrial air suction and fil-tration systems for eliminating operating fumes (steelworks, foundries, die-casting, moulding, heat treatments, etc.);

industrial dust suc-tion and elimination systems (joinery wor-kshops, cement works, brickwork industry, textiles industry, paper industry, mechanical operations and others);

industrial air suc-tion and purification systems for elimina-ting fumes, acids, solvents, oil mists and foul smelling noxious vapours (chemical industry, die-casting, composting, etc.).

We take care of the condi-tioning of industrial premises and create ventilation and he-ating/air-conditioning systems for operating stations, cabins, rooms, electronic equipment and machinery.

Our systems are designed to satisfy specific working requi-rements, taking into account consumptions and integra-tion into the working envi-ronment.

We install soundproofing and protection against noise in working environments and production equipment. We analyse infrastructures and the sources of noise, then we create a fully customised noise proofing system.

Some typical constructions are soundproofed cabins, septum silencers, sound-absorbent walls and environmental tre-atments.

Design

Design is our big added value.

Our skill has been developed over decades of constructions for a variety of sectors. We now have extensive knowledge of the particularities of every type of work and we design your system as a consequence. We can offer you the greatest expertise in industrial suction.

We closely examine the volumetric coefficients, the levels of risk (explosion risk - fire risk - risk of collapse of load-bearing structures) along with all the specifics of your context in order to create a tailor made system which is safe and cheap to run.

Our design team is the best guarantee of a return on investment.

Assembly

We devote particular attention to assembly because it is in this phase that the success of the work carried out by the assembly operators conveys high overall quality to the system.

We pre-assemble the components at our plant and then install the system at the Customerís premises. All the operations are carried out in complete observance of the safety standards and, particularly, without interfering with the Customerís usual production activities.

Assembly by the manufacturer guarantees quality.

Maintenance

Correct maintenance guarantees the long life of the systems and more economic operation.

GRT DARMA offers maintenance and assistance also for systems made by other companies and we offer a 12-month guarantee on our own systems, with a training course on how to use them aimed at production, maintenance and safety managers.

ServiceBook - Our systems are accompanied by a “ServiceBook”, a booklet created to support the Customer in the correct use and maintenance of the system.

LifePerformance - The optional service, “LifePerformance”, consists in easy maintenance and monitoring of the system. It guarantees regular function and efficiency in time and exonerates the Customer from the responsibility for checks.

Every time a “LifePerformance” operation is carried out, the GRT DARMA technican issues an efficiency certificate with the list of all the inspections and findings and, if necessary, a quote for the replacement of damaged/worn elements or for regeneration (which is cheaper if it is possible).

Efficient air treatment is always customer designed, compliant with legal standards and regularly reviewed.

Guarantees and Conformity

Our systems are all guaranteed in compliance with the laws on health, the environment and safety.

CE mark - We certify channelled air treatment systems and soundproofing with CE Marking and conformity declaration.

ATEX - We design systems with ATEX-compliant equipment for the suction of potentially explosive gases, in observance of the ATEX European Directives (94/9 and 99/92/EC). The team of engineers and technicians GRT DARMA assigned to ATEX projects is advised by ATEX experts.

Our presence throughout the country is organised as follows: Legal and administrative offices - Turin; Plant and “Northern warehouse” - Beinasco (TO); “Central warehouse” - Bologna; Area Technicians - local network.

Production Plant

Our plant is located in Beinasco (TO) and occupies an indoor area of approximately 2000 m2, organised into the following departments: production, assembly, warehouse, technical department and show room.

At this plant we produce made to measure components and keep the warehouse constantly stocked in order to offer Customers:• short completion times • zero supply times• highly customised systems • rapid completion of variants or integrations• high construction quality of all components• homogenous design

In our production unit we have technological equipment for the following processes: Plasma cutting - Shear cutting - Profiling - Trimming - Calendering - Press-forming - Seaming - Spot welding - Edging - Welding - Painting.

Area Technicians and Technical Department

Our technical team operates together to design and create the best system for the Customer in the shortest time.

Area Technician - The Area Technician visits the Customerís premises to analyse the needs, take the structural measurements and carry out the technical and economic feasibility study on the basis of the budget available;

Engineer and Technical Department - The engineer appointed as project manager and the technical department draw up the designs, supervise the entire working cycle (from the production of components to assembly and fitting on site with the specialised technicians) and commission and certify the system;

Structural engineer - If it is necessary to alter the infrastructures, the structural engineer appointed for the project designs the load-bearing structures, suspended galleries, ceilings and everything else. He draws up the computations for presentation to the Government Civil Engineering Department and supervises the renovation works.

Transversal skills

In over a decade, our technical staff has matured extensive transversal skills, creating systems to satisfy the requirements of numerous sectors.

Today, these skills lead to the provision of the following benefits for the Customer:• forecasting of the specific criticalities of every sector• correlation of the systems and the pertinent running costs
