Ellena always knew she wanted to work in travel, staying on in the sixth form to do a GNVQ in Leisure in Tourism and then furthering that with a year at college studying for, and passing, BA fares and ticketing. Ellena came to Grosvenor for an interview on recommendation.

What is your role at Grosvenor?IjoinedthecompanyinFebruary2002asaBusiness Travel Consultant.

What do you enjoy most about working at Grosvenor?I enjoy the variety of requests we receive, every day is different and I also enjoy the relationships we build with clients.

What is your favourite travel destination and why?My favourite travel destination so far has to be Vegas. I went there recently with my fiancé and had an amazing time.

The highlight of the holiday was a helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon followed by the Vegas strip. A truly memorable place with interesting and friendly people.

How will you be spending your free time this summer?No holidays for me this year unfortunately, so I guess a lot of time in the garden! My fiancé and I booked our wedding a few weeks ago so we are now saving for that and most of our free time will be spent arranging and getting everything organised.
