Green Machine first started trading from our office base at our home in Burnham On Sea in 2012, and since this then we have grown and developed year on year, to an extremely profitable and customer service-based business. Green Machine provides contract cleaning services, including window cleaning,

specialised cleaning, pest control, washroom services, waste, and recycling,

building management and maintenance.

We are a “GREEN” Commercial cleaning company that challenges current industry

preconceptions and delivers the most service focussed customer experience.

We are a one-stop solution, for truly environmentally friendly commercial cleaning

and associated soft services.

Jerome and Michelle are both totally committed to helping you own and

HOW MUCH DOES A GREEN MACHINE FRANCHISE COST?

Costs: • Licence, Territory & Training: £20,000 • Marketing/Telesales Launch Package: £4,000 • Google Ad/Word 3 Month Campaign: £500 • Website launch £550

Your franchise investment comprises of three key elements:

1. Optimised Territory 2. Training/Support 3. Starter pack

For each start up package, you will also need to secure between £20,000 and £40,000 in working capital, depending upon drawings and loan requirements.

Each franchise term is 5 years, with a right of renewal.

Once you have started your new business, our on-going franchise charges will be:

• MSF (management service fee) 6% of your monthly sales turnover • MSF will reduce to 4% when you achieve 1 million turnover • Marketing levy of 2% • Monthly software charges • Admin charge of £150.00 per month

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Of a Green Machine Franchisee

Your daily responsibilities and commitments will change, as your new business grows and develops. Initially you will be more office based, driving marketing and business development. As your contract base increases, you will find yourself dedicating more time towards service delivery, and staff management needs.

6.30am – 8.30am

Plan your working day ahead.

8.30am – 10.00am

Office based checking emails/voicemails

10.00am – 14.00pm

Plan and attend new customer appointments or site audits

– producing bespoke new tender proposals – processing

completed audits.

16.00pm – 17.00pm

Office based administration and phone calls – and speaking to Jerome and Michelle from Green Machine.

In any successful and profitable business, keeping your costs and overheads low

is essential. We would recommend starting up your new business, from your home

address if possible, all that you really need will be:

• A desk workspace • Computer • Telephone connection • Internet connection

As your business grows and your contract base increases, we will support and advise. When the time will be right to relocate your office to commercial premises, we recommend planning for this key change when your gross turnover passes the ½ million mark (£41,666.00 per month sales).

So, you have the potential to grow your business up to ½ million gross turnover, and still be home based, therefore maximising the potential profit from your franchise business.
