(b) At the end of each season the two leading teaEsin each division, other thaa tlte Pleloier Dtvision,shall be promoted to the next higher Divislon, audthe two bottom teams in each Divisio! other thaDthe lowest Division, shau be rclegated to the uextlower Division. The Executive Comeittee shaUhave the power to flll any vacancies in aDyDivision.

(c) Should a team ririthdraw or be expeled floE tbeLeague durhg: the season, then the reslrts ot sucbmatches rhall be deleted from the League Tables.Should a club running more than ole team losea team it shau be deemed the lower tea,m to dropout in the lowest division A r]'ew team shall beone that consists of 2/3 unknown Dlayels. All lrewteams will be placed in the lontest senlol orJunior division. All divisions oi ihe L€ague shall;onsist of a maximum of 12 and a milimum of8 teams.

(d) The position$ in the League shan be determiaedon the basis of:W in : 2 po in t s .Draw : 1 Point.Loss : 0 Points.

(e) In the event oI a tie on potlts for the position inthe l-eague tables, the placilg shaU be deter-mined by the rubbers difference. Where theleare two or more teatls leading a leaglre table atthe end of the season with the s,ame number 0tpoints, or where match cancellations resulting iDihe loss of rubtrer:s are fouod not to be the iaultof the ieams in question, a play_off be stagecl
