FALL SUNDAY BIBLE STUDY The Conference room Bible Study is studying a two-part series called:
“The Challenge of Islam” from Lutheran Hour Ministries. Part one runs for five weeks
and the description is as follows:
"For a religion practiced by so many worldwide, Islam is understood by
surprisingly few in Western society. Be one of those in the know when you
join us for: “The Challenge of Islam (Part One): What is Islam?:”

The Sanctuary Bible Study is titled: iWitness”
This is a five week study that asks these questions:
What is our witness to this generation?
How do I share my faith?
Is there any hope to share?
Before we engage the culture with the Gospel, let’s look to the Gospel and
learn five things you can do to witness for Christ.

TUESDAY MORNING LIFE LIGHT BIBLE STUDY
The Acts of the Apostles, the Acts of the Holy Spirit, the establishment of the Christian Church as something distinct - not a sect of Judaism - all these make up the Book of Acts which will be the focus of LifeLight Bible study this fall. Although set in the first century A.D., this book is alive and relevant to everyday life in the 21st century. Whether you are new to the study of scripture, a veteran, or somewhere in between, we invite you to participate as together we grow closer to our Lord Jesus. We meet at the church at 9:30am Tuesday mornings.

GRIEF INFORMATION CLASS
There will be Grief Information Classes offered here at Grace in
November on Tuesday evenings. The dates they will be offered
are as follows:
November 3, 10 and 17, from 7:00 - 9:00pm
This class is for persons who are grieving a significant loss
through death. Individuals wanting information about the grieving
process, (family members, helpers, friends, etc.), are welcome to
attend as well.
Classes are led by Cheryl Spaulding, MorningStar Ministries.

On Sunday, October 18, we are hosting a new fundraising event called: “Pearls of Wisdom.” This event, held at: First Presbyterian Church-Family Life Center, 168 Cass Ave., Mt. Clemens, is a celebration of parenthood.
