Helmet SizingUsing a soft tape work it around the part of your head with the greatest circumference whilst keeping the tape taut. Take multiple measurements and use the largest of those.

Glove SizingTo get the correct size glove you will need to take the measurement around your knuckles. Make a fist, using a soft tape measure around your palm keeping the tape as taut.

Not merely competitions, but legends. Rubber, steel, nylon and carbon. Matter and transformation – perfection in continuous evolution. Sparco is always competing with the future – now more then ever, not only through technology, but also by paying attention to man, privileging and celebrating the senses.

SPARCO TIMELINE:• In 1977 Sparco started out, from the idea of two young

drivers from Turin whose dream it was to make the world of competition racing, their world, a safer place to be. It was a time of some big accidents and the FIA had decided to try to make amends. Sparco made its appearance and effectively revolutionised the concept of safety.

• In 1978 Sparco makes the first ever fireproof suit capable of withstanding 11 seconds of exposure to fire, in compliance with FIA standard 8856-2000 in force at the time. That was just the start, and from then on Sparco has continued to improve, year by year, producing even more resistant suits.

• In 1983 Nelson Piquet wins the F1 championship. Sparco wins it with him. Just 5 years on from its foundation.

• In 1999 Sparco makes its debut in the world of Supercar, with Sparco B2B. After buying out the composites division of Simbi-Stampal, Sparco specialises in carbon fibre technology, supplying the supercar industry with innovative sports seats with a perfect combination of safety, technology and style.

• In 2009 Dr. Aldino Bellazzini becomes the majority shareholder in Sparco and banks everything on product innovation.

• In 2013 Safety and style are the fundamental concepts that make the Sparco world turn. No product ever leaves our factories if it doesn’t reach our standards.


Race & Rally Wear

OMP implements new specializations, becoming a protagonist on a national level in the following sectors: Racing (safety components for competition cars and drivers), Karting (accessories and components for Kart competitions) and Tuning (special components for road cars). OMP became well-known among the professionals and the amateurs of this sector because it provided clothes for drivers such as Ayrton Senna and Nigel Mansell in Formula 1 and Tommi Makinen and Carlos Sainz in the rally worldwide championship. Its popularity was definitively confirmed in 1996, when Michael Schumacher chose OMP as his personal “tailor” for 11 years of victories with Ferrari.

• Elasticity – Manufactured using advanced fibre with over 10% elasticity, giving the driver additional comfort when getting in and out the car aswell as decreasing the stress on the seams

• Advanced Protection – The controlled fire tests on the fabric give a burn time of 12.61 secs, the FIA state that it should go to 11 secs

• Highly Breathable – The suit is made using a fabric that is nearly 50% cotton, this makes the suit highly breathable, soft and easy to wash

• Tailored Look – The suit is made as standard sizes from 48–62 as well as a slim fit option ranging from sizes 50–58

• Quality Printing – We have invested heavily in high tech printing that is extremely durable and meets the requirements of the FIA

• 3 Layers – Manufactured using a twin inner layer that is extremely soft

• Customisable – A fully custom option is available with a 2-4 week turn around. Priced individually per order.

The late Martin Hines founder of ZIP KART and known affectionately as Mr Karting was a pioneer in the early days of Karting. His passion and dedication has pushed karting into the limelight becoming the spring board for talented racing drivers. Martin won karting championships at national, european and world levels.

Sadly Martin passed away in 2011 and in his memory his son and BTCC race winner Luke Hines has developed over the last 2 years the MH brand of bespoke Kartwear. Martin was a man who demanded quality at an affordable price. This ethos has played a huge part in the development of the MH kart suits, creating a quality yet inexpensive product. Now looking the part need not cost the earth !

The SCHROTH range of FHR devices (SCHROTH PROTEC™) have been chosen by racers world-wide for unparalleled protection in competitive or sport racing series and track-days as well! The full range of SCHROTH PROTEC FHR devices includes the newest and lightest FIA approved FHR models to date.

The new line of SCHROTH PROTEC XLT products are on average 25% lighter than the previous PRO Systems. The XLT (XtraLighT) devices have been optimized through extensive testing and advances in carbon fiber technology to reduce overall weight and to reduce driver fatigue. These advantages allow for an increase in overall performance while maintaining the high level of comfort drivers world-wide have come to expect from the SCHROTH PROTEC FHR systems.

Also new for 2014 season is the line of SCHROTH PROTEC SUPER SPORT devices. The new SCHROTH PROTEC SUPER SPORT uses eco-friendly high strength materials for performance while maintaining an entry level price. The new SUPER SPORT designs have interchangeable shoulder-belt winglets as well as the patented SlipStop™ Plus friction surface. All SCHROTH PROTEC SUPER SPORT devices will be delivered with black and yellow winglets kits.

All SCHROTH PROTEC FHR devices can be used with most FIA approved 5- or 6- point racing harnesses or with any of the specifically designed FHR specific SCHROTH RACING harnesses as well as any FIA approved 4 point SCHROTH RACING harness with asm™.

10 degreeDesigned for extreme upright seating positions such as sprint cars or rally co drivers with a very upright seating position. The 10 degree is suited for drivers with a slim upper body / chest or smaller female drivers may find a 10 degree for touring car applications suitable.

20 degreeDesigned for upright seating positions in all sports cars and touring cars series with racing shell seats.

30 + 40 degreeDesigned for semi recline racing seat applications such as formula cars, single seat cars and similar seating positions. Large stature drivers will find the 30 degree more suitable for touring car applications.

For almost 50 years Schroth have been the market leaders in manufacturing racing harnesses and safety equipment. To ensure the highest standards are met they continually test their products in a simulated environment. Through the constant testing they have developed the ASM® safety system, the patented RFR™ Rotary Buckle and patented HYBRID ™ belt. Another key part of the company is the ability to produce a bespoke harness tailored to your requirements and needs.

RFRThe carbon fibre reinforced buckle is unique as the force required to open the buckle decreases during operation, meaning that no extended lever is required to conform with the FIA regulations reducing the risk of injury or accidental release.

RFR PUSH BUTTON BUCKLEThe unique push button buckle shares the internals of their lightweight motorsports buckle and has both the ECE-R approval for road use and FIA approval for motorsport. This makes the FE range the only choice for vehicles that require an FIA approved harness but can also be used on the road. The buckle accepts Schroth’s standard range of crutch straps allowing harnesses to easily be upgraded to a 5 or 6 point.

ASMASM or anti submarining offers a unique safety advantage for 4 point harnesses by reducing the risk of sliding underneath the lap belt during frontal impacts. This is achieved by incorporating an energy conversion system to one of the shoulder straps.

FLEXI BELTUsed on lap straps this ingenious and unique feature allows the harness to be configured to tighten by pulling either up or down on the harness depending on the installation requirements.

SCHROTH HYBIRD TECHNOLOGY IN ACTIONUsed within F1 and a number of NASCAR drivers the hybrid restraint offers a lighter, comfortable and more secure solution for the driver. Combining the direct load transfer as found in a T-bar crutch belt and the comfort of a formula type harness the hybrid belt is the ideal harness for touring/saloon cars, sports cars, rally cars, formula chassis and prototypes!
