Objective - to build and strengthen the institutional mechanisms and capacities that

will enable development of community-based social services responsive to the needs of vulnerable groups contributing to their social inclusion and quality of life

personal assistance, advisory and residential services for PAS addicts, SOS helpline for victims of violence,
