The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force tillthe publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three yearswhichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and ordersregarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to theCommission during the pendency of the list. O., Thiruvananthapuram,Pin-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date which the Ranked List has come into force.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost fromthe Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded form and printed in A4 sizepaper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any othermanner will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limitenclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the recheckingwill be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 19-3-2014. The ranked list will be in force till thepublication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three yearswhichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and ordersregarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to theCommission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, thereis no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in thelist at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names inthe list.

The candidates who have secured 53 (Fifty Three) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) test have beenincluded in the Main List of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respectof candidates under the reservation group of communities.

The entries put in column 8 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application formsand proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in thelist as proved by them should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, DistrictOffice, Andamukkom, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservationto which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates willbe advised as incorporated in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of Answer Script is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will bedone on payment of ` 50. (3) The Candidates who have secured 31.67[Thirty one (point) six seven] marks andabove are included in the Main List of theShort List and requisite marks have beenlowered to the extent necessary in respect ofthe Supplementary List.

(4) Candidates included in the Short List shouldpresent and produce in person with theoriginal and self attested copies of documentsfor verification. Date, time and venue ofcertificate verification, Physical Measurement &Practical Test of candidates included in thisShort List will be intimated in due course.

(5) According to the existing procedure,revaluation of answer scripts is not allowedbut answer scripts can be rechecked after thepublication of Ranked List. Detailedinstructions will be published in the RankedList to be published for the post.

(6) Candidates belonging to Other BackwardClasses included in this list who are requiredto produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as perG. O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009shall produce the same along with the otherdocuments mentioned above at the time ofverification of original documents. Candidatesbelonging to SC/ST shall produce CommunityCertificate issued by Tahsildar.

(7) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test heldon 9-5-2013 will be issued to those candidateswho apply for the same remitting theprescribed fee after approval of the RankedList. NOTIFICATION

Ranked List No. 178/2014/DOK. 26th March 2014.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of theObjective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 29-10-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidatesincluded in the Probability List published on 31-8-2013 for selection to the post of Laboratory Assistant on ` 4750-7820(PR) in Kerala Higher Secondary Education Department in Kottayam District (Category No. 097/2010) arranged in the orderof merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 26-3-2014.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period ofone year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment inaccordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable,against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment dependson the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment.The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis ofthe inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will bere-checked only after publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one ofthe Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from theCommission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed feeshould be produced with the Applications for rechecking. Applications submitted in any other manner will not beconsidered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed timelimit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of there-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to thisselection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account0051-PSC 800-Other receipts 99-Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from theCommission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,KPSC District Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. A copy ofthe answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not beissued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legalproceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid aplications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which theRanked list has come into force (ie. The date on which the ranked list has been approved by the Commission). The lastdate for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, of the answer script is 9-5-2014. Applications forrechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not beentertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will notbe considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationforms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly notedin the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get thebenefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any,the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

As per the Gazette Notification, the qualification prescribed for the post is “A Bachelor’s Degree either inEconomics or in Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce with Statistics from a recognized University or institution”.Candidates are included in the Probability List Provisionally based on their claim in the application. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 3-10-2012 and the verification of original documents and suitability assessment of thecandidates included in the probability list published on 7-1-2013 for selection to the post of Village ExtentionOfficer Gr. II (SR for PH Backlog)-(Category No. 256/2012) on ` 9940-16580 in Rural Development Departmentin Palakkad District notified in the Gazette dated 30-4-2012 arranged in the order of merit.

The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 7-4-2014. The ranked list is intended to make recruitment tothe 3% Backlog vacancies earmarked for the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 and indentified by the Government videG.O.(P) No. 7/2011/SWD dated 24-1-2011 and will remain in force for a maximum period of three years subject to thecondition that the ranked list will cease to exist as and when candidates are advised and appointed against the abovementioned backlog vacancies. Rules 14 to 17 of Part II, KS&SSR are not applicable to this selection.

Candidates will be advised and appointed against vacancies notified and also against the backlog vacancies ifany, reported by the Appointing Authorities as earmarked in G. O. (P) No. 7/11/SWD dated 24-1-2011.

The candidates who have obtained 76.8 (Seventy Six Point Eight) marks and above (marks secured in the OMRTest+Weightage Marks for PH candidates) have been included in the Partially Blind category of this Ranked List.

The candidates who have obtained 61.4 (Sixty One Point Four) marks and above (marks secured in the OMRTest+Weightage Marks for PH candidates) have been included in the Partially Deaf category of this Ranked List.

The candidates who have obtained 83 (Eighty Three) marks and above (marks secured in the OMRTest+Weightage Marks for PH candidates) have been included in the Orthopeadically Handicaped category of thisRanked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer script will berechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answersif the candidates apply for rechecking, remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of theTreasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”.

Applications for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed inA4 size paper from the Commissions website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from. Applications submitted inany other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt shouldreach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within 45 days from the date onwhich the Ranked List has come into force (i.e. the date on which the ranked list has been approved by theCommission.) Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will notbe entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sentapplications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt asstated above, the marks awarded will be recheked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidatesfrom this office. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will notbe considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shal1remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051 PSC-800 otherreceipts - 99 other receipts.
