Super Yoga
An ancient and traditional form of yoga taught in a methodical western manner, super yoga has been created by Eefa Shrof.
The sequence you will practice can be part of your exercise regime at home.
Eefa has studied Indian philosophy as well as psychology and communication skills which makes learning very easy.

Lido is the main residential island of Venice where Italians have their summer homes. It is an enchanting 10 minute boat ride to the main island of Venice and San Marco. “Le Garzette” is an organic 30 acre farm and country house with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and the Lagoon of Venice. It is run by Salvatore Manzi and his wife Renza, a couple obsessed with quality produce and organic farming.It is our ‘hub’ and venue for yoga classes/breakfast, lunch and some accommodation.All rooms have en suite bathrooms.
