HOW TO BOOK HAJJ

Haj Registration forms should be filled up in English with Capital Letters.

Mode of payments by Cheque/Draft/RTGS/NEFT/ Pilgrimage individual payment through bank account or other Authorised channels

in favour of “Golden Travels” by RBI Rules.

Valid International Passport with at least six months validity i.e., 31st January 2019.

Fifteen (15) colour photograph 40mm x 60mm/4.5 x 3.5 cm size, With white Background.

CANCELLATION

If the cancellation made before 15th Shawwall Rs. 5000/- per Haji. will be deducted from your

Account & Remaining amount will be refund.

If the cancellation is made after stamping of HAJJ VISA there will be no Refund will be made only

Air Ticket amount will refund as per the Airlines Policy.

All the refund will paid by the cheques A/c. payee only (On the name of Haji).

If there is any increase in Air Fare, Moullim Fees (or) FTS (US Dollar) / Saudi Riyal Rates, valuation of Indian Rupee at the time of Departure Differences is

to be borne by Haj Pilgrim before departure.

Child & Infant will be charged full group fare only discount will be given on Air Ticket.

At the Jeddah airport at least 8 to 10 hours time will be taken to complete the formalities.

From Jeddah airport to Makkah building via moullim office it take another 3 to 4 hours.
