and releasing stress. Techniques are drawn from Swedish massage modalities combined with

gentle stretching and joint release bodywork for an effective massage that will relax and

An ancient holistic treatment that draws on the power of essential oils to balance your body

and mind, whilst restoring your wellbeing. Pressure points on the face are stimulated, and

light and extended massage strokes are used to induce a state of deep physical relaxation.

ORIENTAL 80 minutes

Harmonious combinations of Eastern and Western massage techniques. The therapist

performs a pressure point release ritual along the body, coupled with gentle Thai massage

stretches. These techniques open the meridians, allowing energy to flow freely, releasing

tension and restoring vitality.

SPA ARRIVAL

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your

appointment to take full advantage of our thermal

facilities. Out of respect to others, guests arriving

late will not receive an extension to their scheduled

treatment. In accordance with United Arab Emirates’

regulations, we would kindly advise you to bring your

swimwear to take advantage of our thermal facilities.

SPA POLICY

Female guests will be paired with a female therapist and

male guests with a male therapist. Our spa environment

is one of tranquility and relaxation. We kindly request

that you refrain from using your mobile phone and

camera while enjoying the spa.

REFUND POLICY

Unopened retail products can be exchanged within ten

days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt.

No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

to avoid disappointment. To make a reservation,

from your hotel room. Please note that we require a

valid credit card to guarantee a reservation for guests

who are not staying in the hotel. Prices are subject to

change without prior notification.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations and changes of scheduled treatments

are accepted up to six hours prior to the appointment

without incurring a charge. For cancellations within six

hours or no shows, you will be charged 100% of the

treatment price.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

When making your spa reservation, please advise us

of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could

affect your experience.

PREGNANCY

We have specially trained therapists for expectant

mothers. Please allow our spa hosts to guide you in

selecting which treatments are most suitable during

this special time.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any

loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all

valuables secure in your locker or in the hotel room safe.

ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES

or injury suffered by any guest.
