Jokes of the monthSubmitted by Dr. Ruiz:Steve (someone i just met): So you're a doctor?

Me: Yes, I'm a pathologist.

Steve: And what's that?

Me: I examine cells with a microscope, mostly from tissue samples but also fromneedle aspirations or frozen sections. I give a diagnosis of a tumor or inflammation,so the attending doctor can provide proper treatment. I also interpret specialstudies that give prognostic information for cancer, and helps choose specifictherapies for some illnesses. I also do autopsies.

Steve: So, you do autopsies...

Submitted by Dr. Tjarks:Q: What do you call friendly blood agar?--
