Connected Vehicles PreSet Plus® SmartHubMonitor the health of your wheel hub

For more than 50 years, ConMet has developed and used state-of-the-art testing equipment and procedures. Now this experience and years of test data are being applied to the development of the SmartHub diagnostic wheel hub technology.

The PreSet Plus® SmartHub will enable drivers and fleet managers to monitor a variety of hub conditions. The initial release will monitor hub temperature and hub vibration. Future releases may include: speed, miles traveled, lubricant level, hub load, bolt tension, spindle nut torque, and more.

Core Product Design Snap-In ABS Tone RingEngineered for durability and performance

No fasteners or torque tools needed, simply position the ABS tone ring and snap the retaining ring into place by hand. 

Snap-in design maintains strong axial hold that withstands road vibrations to avoid ring chattering. 

High performance, anti-corrosion coating applied to ABS tone ring resists rust-jacking and corrosion of ABS tone ring teeth when exposed to road salts and other road contaminants. Stainless steel retaining ring naturally resists corrosion. 

Alternative Powertrains PreSet Plus® Electric HubUnique in-wheel electrification solution

Increases fuel efficiency. Proven ConMet PreSet Plus® hub technology provides easy installation, less maintenance,

and long life. Modular design can be packaged with existing axle configurations. Electric hub provides regenerative braking to extend friction brake life. Ultra-fast torque actuation at each wheel improves electronic stability control systems.
