• Alliance member developing countries eligible for the Borlaug Fellowship Program

• Competitively selected fellows work side-=by-side with U.S. scientists on climate change mitigation research

• Up to 3 months in the U.S.• U.S. mentor can travel to fellow’s country for up to 10 days to
