General information
The exhibition will take place in conjunction with the 2014 Global ETF Conference Seoul October 14, 2014 at the 3 nd floor of the Conrad Seoul, Korea right next to where the conference will be held. Registration, information and tour desks will be located at the end of the stairs to the venue. Networking Reception will be organized at the exhibition site by the end of Conference.
Time scheduleBuilt-upThe exhibition area will be ready for booth construction on Monday 13 October at 22:00. The conference will start on Tuesday 14 October at 09:00 with the opening ceremony (3nd floor at the Grand ballroom). The exhibition will be opened at 08:30 on Tuesday and dismantled at 17:10.

2. Specifications
The construction height for the exhibition should not exceed 3 meters.Maximum weight is 2000kg/sqm.All exhibition area is laid with grey carpet. All booth materials should be fireproof.Voltage: 220V, 60Hz.For safety reasons all electrical installation connecting to the main distributor at the exhibition venue must be carried out solely by the Venue.

Utility Service1. Electricity
A. The power supply in exhibition hall is over 220V in single phase so if exhibitors need 110V, exhibitor should prepare the AVR or downtrans in direct.
B. Free offer Items- Connection of power line in the booth, lighting, socket installation, 1KW electricity- Main line installation, switch and wall socket will be provided general lighting(1kw)
If you want to exceed electricity in except the general lighting(1kw), exhibitor should order the additional electricity to organizer

2. Lan
A. Only Applier can allow the LAN, and need to prepare or rent PC incl. LAN card.
B. LAN will be allocated 1 IP per 1 line. If allocating several IP, you could cause damage to other exhibitors. In this case, you should reward for damage to organizer and other exhibitors who get some damage.

Exhibition Rules & Regulations
Fire and Safety Regulations◦ Smoking is strictly forbidden in the exhibition and conference areas.◦ No fire is allowed in the exhibition hall.◦ Do not keep empty container of lubricants on your stand.◦ Any inflammable or explosive materials being brought into the exhibition hall must have a permission by the Fire Protection Department issued beforehand.◦ The organizers may, upon instruction from the fire authorities, issue other guidelines.
Delivery of ExhibitsExhibits should not be sent to the venue until the stand is built up. Exhibitors should make sure that a representative will be at the stand in order to receive the goods as the

organizers will not accept or sign for any goods, exhibits or other materials on behalf of any exhibitor.
Insurance – Stand securityThe Organizer is responsible for the general security of the entire venue but will not assume any financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concerning or affecting the exhibitor, their personal belongings and exhibits. Exhibitors are therefore responsible for effecting all necessary insurance which should include (but not limited to) their displays, exhibits, fittings and fixtures and other third parties against loss or damage by theft, public (including occupier’s liability) and other natural causes.Please note that the Exhibition organizers cannot accept responsibility for the security of the booths and their contents, for damage to or theft of any goods whatsoever.
Health and Safety at Work RegulationsIt is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that his contractor, employees, displays and exhibits comply with the latest legislation regarding Health and Safety at Work regulations.
