Step 2: Combine oil, tahini, syrup, honey, rind and lemon juice and add the dry mix. Combine well to a stiff dough. Step 3: Press the mixture into greased (use rice bran oil) long trays like a slice. Step 4: Bake using 30% steam at 160ºC for about 15 minutes. If it is not golden brown, keep it baking for another 5 minutes. Step 5: Cut into square pieces.
