BEC Scout is an internal project for BEC that combines internal training and outing. BEC Scout is an outing (like Big Day or any other BEC outing) that is organized with a

Scout theme in that it will be integrated with Scout activities: camping, bonfire, decode, hiking, tent-building, cooking, exploring nature, knotting, etc.

Purpose

To give BEC members a meaningful and educational change to learn knowledge about wildlife survival, tent-building, cooking, hiking, etc. for short, “Scout activities”

To organize a playful outing for BEC To renovate and enhance the activities in BEC’s outings To give BEC members a chance to play with each other and strengthen the club’s bond

U Minh jungle Nam Cat Tien park Ong Muoi Isle Vam Sat jungle Dua Lua Island Etc.

We choose Ong Muoi Isle (District 9) for our project plan.

7 am Saturday May 21st to 10 am Sunday June 1st.

Personnel outsourcing

We will outsource 1 scout to come with us. He/she will be the mentor and instructor for our activities, teaching scout knowledge and having fun with us.

Activities (for a 1 day 1 night trip)

The activities below are chronologically arranged:

Get there in the morning by bikes Have breakfast Play some warm-up games Prepare the resting spot (build tents, clean the place, look for food and prepare food for

lunch, etc.) Play some scout games Learn some scout activities (knotting, decode, wildlife exploring, etc.) (can also be

combined with playing games - playing and learning at the same time) Have lunch (at the Isle, they sell lunch in sets like cooked chickens, ducks, etc. we can

also bring our food along and cook food there) Play some games, or explore the wild in Ong Muoi Isle Prepare food for dinner, take pictures in the evening Take shower together Find woods for night bonfire Have dinner Chit chat and free time Bonfire and bonfire games Midnight gossips In the morning, do exercises Clean up the place Get home
