Rancho Pescadero Resort sits on an outrageous, private oceanfront estate an hour north of Cabo just

Rancho Pescadero offers brides and grooms a private, luxurious, oceanfront resort experience where

they can host a romantic and festive wedding, complete with world-class food, spacious

accommodations and many personalized extras. Enjoy the ultimate in privacy when you reserve the

entire resort for your wedding!

Have the resort all to yourselves!

Includes: Three day rental of the entire property (28 suites plus all other resort amenities),

making it exclusive to you and your guests (up to 68 people). Morning fruit and coffee

delivered to room, daily yoga class; use of bikes, surfboards and fishing equipment are included

in our standard resort amenities.

Rate: $36,150.00 USD in High Season (Nov-May) and $31,150.00 USD in low Season (Jun-Oct)

rate includes TAX. For wedding parties over 68 people, a $20.00 USD (fee includes tax) per

person day use fee will be charged for non-guests wishing to use the hotel facilities during the

wedding weekend. Prices are current and are subject to change based on your wedding date.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the resort.

Guest room billing: As this fee includes room nights for 28 suites, the hosts can choose one of

three options: a) Pay for all guest rooms themselves, b) ask to be reimbursed by their guests

directly for the rooms, or c) have Rancho Pescadero issue a credit toward their total wedding

balance as guest reservations are secured.


Then, decide if would like to go with our fabulous wedding package or go a la carte and design your

own.

Ultimate Rancho Pescadero Wedding Package $275 per person/minimum # of guests is 55

The price of $275 usd per person includes only the Wedding Celebration up to 6 hours. Events like Welcome Dinners

on the Beach or Rehearsal Dinner are priced separately; this events are NOT included on the Wedding Package.

A la Carte Wedding: Minimum expenditure of $15,000 and $5,000 usd wedding day fee which

includes set up, furniture and décor for the ceremony on the beach.

We understand how stressful can be to plan one of the most important days of your life. To ease your

stress our team has created what we believe to be an amazing Rancho Pescadero Wedding Experience,

we have put it in a package and tied with a bow and are offering to you as “The Ultimate Rancho

Pescadero Wedding Experience” wedding package. However, here at Rancho we pride ourselves on

creating an experience special to you; therefore it is our pleasure to offer you the option of creating a

custom wedding designed by you with our a la carte menus. Our Wedding Coordinator will be happy

to work with you on creating the Wedding of your Dreams.

The Ultimate Rancho Pescadero Wedding Experience

Day of Arrival Dinner on the beach (includes Mexican linens, house décor and P.A. system to

plug in your iPod).

Rehearsal Dinner at the Garden Restaurant (includes local floral décor with candles and P.A.

system to plug in your iPod).

Wedding Ceremony and Reception (up to 6 hours and includes all tables, chairs, dinnerware,

stemware, house linens, table flowers and all items below) $275 per person

o 45 minute pre-ceremony reception with sangria, light refreshments and classical guitarist

with female vocalist.

o 30 minute ceremony on the beach with chairs, arbor, flags, native greens and flowers.

Classical guitarist with female vocalist during the ceremony and Mariachi Band leads

bridal couple and guests to post-ceremony cocktail hour.

o


o Post-ceremony cocktail hour with beer, sangria, Rancho Pescadero Margaritas, soft drinks

and your choice of three types of passed hors d’oeuvres. Mariachi Band plays during

cocktail hour.

o Two course plated dinner starting with organic salad followed by entrée and

accompanied with red and white house wine.

o Tiered wedding cake.

o Tequila or champagne toast.

o 2 hours of DJ dance music with beer, sangria, Rancho Pescadero Margaritas, soft drinks,

chips, salsa and guacamole bar.

o After-party beach bonfire with S’mores, beer and soft drinks.

o We will provide you with a wedding coordinator to assist you during the entire process

and make sure your big day is unique and spectacular!
