With this exhibition the “Vazrajdane” Gallery celebrates its 18th  Anniversary and the70th anniversary of the extraordinary Bulgarian artist – Academician Georgi Chapkanov. For years, Chapa is interested by the Bible, and with the cycle biblicalpaintings that he created and he keeps on creating, he proves his enormous talent as a drawer and his thin psychological sense of  characters and events. The authordreams to illustrate this great human book and let God give him, good health and time to do it.

With this easel exhibition we are celebrating the wonderful artist with his birthday and on behalf of the  audience we are greeting him with: "Welcome, Master!"
