• People value working with others of different ages – they see more benefits –

especially knowledge sharing - than problems

• Age is not seen as important – it is the

different values that can cause problems

• Not all conflict is bad – some stimulates creativity

and innovation

• Appetites for different provisions vary but all are

valued
