    The Marketing Module in EPGM introduces you to theessentials of marketing management - its concepts,theories, and frameworks. Through the module, youwill learn to apply various concepts such assegmentation, targeting, positioning, branding, andcustomer value to a variety of business situations. Theobjective is to comprehensively develop a feasiblemarketing plan for targeting customers withappropriate products and services, and devisingmethods to deliver, communicate, and capture value.

    Strategic Management module would cover topicssuch as Industry Analysis, Competitive Strategy,Product Diversification, Vertical Integration, Mergers& Acquisitions, and Strategic Alliances

    Ethics & Communication covers Sessions on Ethicsand two broad Communication topics namelyCommunication Strategy and Communication forConflict Management.

    The Operations Management Module aims tointroduce modeling and optimization of problemscommonly occurring in organizational operations.
