STANDING APPOINTMENTSA standing reservation at your favorite Gene Juarez Salon & Spa guarantees that you will enjoy the day, time and Artist or Therapist of your choice, every time you visit. SPA SERVICESUpon arrival at our Spa you will be provided a locker or locked garment bag, a spa robe, slippers and plush towels. At select locations your relaxation journey begins with soothing teas, a eucalyptus Steam and Swiss shower and an aromatic foot soak or foot treatment. For your comfort and security, we ask you to refrain from wearing jewelry during your spa service.

ALCOHOLYour health and comfort are very important to us. Most of our treatments detoxify, and could intensify the effects of alcohol. We therefore request that you consume no alcoholic beverages 12 hours prior to receiving your spa treatment.

PUNCTUALITYPlease arrive 20 minutes before the start of your spa appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service.

CANCELLATIONSWe understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and that cancelling or rescheduling your appointment may be necessary. We ask for at least 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
