3 Avenues of Income

ProductWe order all products Wholesale - 50% off the Retail value. You will receive your own products 50% off, and when you sell the product at the Retail value, you will profit the difference. {Example: You will order a product for $10, and then sell it for $20 and profit the other $10}

• 50% Profit on all Product Transactions. Every Beauty Consultants pockets their 50% Profit on the spot.

• 50% Profit on all Reorders. We do not compete with each other so your customers will stick with you. As long as you offer them great customers service, you will continue to make 50% Profit on the spot f rom all of their Reorders.

When you choose to share the opportunity with others and they join your Team, the company will pay you a Sponsoring Commission out of the COMPANY'S profit. You will never make money out of your Team Members pocket. EVERY Beauty Consultant keeps her 50% Profit.

Active Consultants will receive a Sponsoring Commission check from the Company around the 15th of the following month. This check can average from an extra $200 - over $2,000 a month. This is separate from the Profit you make immediately with your Sales.

THE AVERAGE BEAUTY EXPERIENCE HAS APPROXIMATELY: $300+ in Total Sales • 4 Guests • $75 in orders per guest

The average customer reorders approximately $200/yr.

Residual income allows you to make money while you sleep! {Some will order less but most will order more.}

These examples demonstrate profit averages based on the time put into the business. Some customers order less and some customers order much more. The amounts have been averaged out for you. The examples do not include additional bonuses, sponsoring commissions or leadership income.

• Personal Team Members: 32% - 36% These are Beauty Consultants you have personally sponsored into the company.

•  Unit Members: 23% These are Beauty Consultants anyone on your personal team or unit sponsor in. Your unit can multiply and grow forever, there is no cap.

Once you have 8 active team members, you can start qualifying to promote yourself into a Leadership position. The Company pays Directors a Leadership Commission to mentor the Consultants in their Unit and support them in reaching their individual goals. All Leadership Commissions are paid straight from the Company and NEVER out of the Consultant's profit.

In ADDITION to your Income from your Sales and Reorders... Directors are paid on the 1st & the 15th of the following month. Average Income can range from an additional $3,000-$30,000 a month in Leadership Commissions coming straight from the Company's Profit. As your Unit grows, so does your income.

As you help other Consultants advance into Leadership, you can promote yourself to a National position, averaging $300,000 - over a Million a year from the Company for mentoring the Leaders in your Organization.

Part Time Beauty Consultants on up can start qualifying for a Free Car with 5 Active Personal Team Members.The Company will pay for:

• Car Payment • Taxes • Licensing • Registration • Majority of the Car Insurance{A cash option is also available}

$100-$200 Bonus on each qualified new Beauty Consultant who joins your Unit
