NOTICE is hereby given that Policy Numbers 1501980T on thelife of FRANCILLA SEALY and 2253499T on the life ofCHRIS CATON issued by CUNA CARIBBEAN INSURANCE SOCIETYLIMITED are lost according to a sworn declaration made by theBeneficiary and Insured respectively, under these policies.

It is the intention of CUNA Caribbean Insurance SocietyLimited to issue Special Policies in place of the said policies, inaccordance with section 163 of the Insurance Act, 1980, unlessobjections are raised within one month from the date thereof.
