You can identify yourself using your payslip, P60 or UK Passport details.(Passport being better of the three).
If you wish to use a passport please go to ‘Option 1’, If you wish to use a payslip go to ‘Option 2’, if you wish to use a P60 go to ‘Option 3’.

If ‘Property Reference’ is not on your rates bill revert to ‘Postcode’ search.!
A.Select “Advanced”.
B.Select “Local authority reference” and then enter the local authority reference number in the box below and click “Search”.
You can find your local authority reference number on your rates bill.!

A.If you have a copy of your business rates bill then select “I have a business rates bill” and click “Continue”. If you are using an alternative document to verify your property then select “I don’t have a business rates bill”.

B.Click “Choose a file to upload” and navigate to the document you are using to verify your property and upload.
Once you have uploaded the rates bill click “Confirm”.
You need to verify your property by uploading a document that links you to the property. Ideally we recommend that you have a scanned copy of your business rates bill saved to your computer for this section. If you do not
have a business rates bill then alternatively you can use a copy of a water rates demand or a utility bill.!
C.Tick the box to agree the declaration and click“Continue”.
D.Click “Manage properties” to start the process ofauthorising Altus Group to deal with your challenge.
To add more than one property click on ‘Add another property’ and repeat steps 4 and 5.
Please make a note of your ‘Submission ID’.!

Step 6 of 6: Authorise Altus Group as your agent
A.Select ‘home’ at the top right hand side.
